The use of Cookies

Using Cookies

The cookies help us measure anonymous visitor behavior to improve our website (Google Analytics and VWO). We also make use of cookies to show you profile targeted ads via external suppliers (e.g. Google Doubleclick). The used cookies are never matched to personal data we access from orders (name, address, e-mail address etcetera).

Cookies from the American company Google are placed on our website as part of the “Analytics” service. We make use of this service to keep track of- and receive reports on how customers use the website. Google can give this information to third parties in case they are legally obliged, or when third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We do not have control over this. However, we did allow Google to use the gathered analytics information for other Google services, but not to share information with third parties. 

The information Google gathers is processed as anonymously as possible. information is conveyed to- and saved on servers in the U.S. by Google. Google complies with the Safe Harbor principles and is affiliated with the Safe Harbor program of the US Department of Commerce. This means that there is a fitting protection level in processing possible personal data. Moreover, we will never send Google Analytics personal information. 

Social Media buttons

We are using certain buttons on our website to promote webpages on social media such as Facebook. These buttons function per small codes that come from Facebook itself. Through these codes cookies can be placed. We do not have any control over this. Read Facebook’s privacy statement (which could be changed regularly) to find out what they do with your (personal) information and how they process these cookies.
